Content Policy

Creative Reality hosts Hybrid photography that may include mature artistic content. This page explains what is permitted, what is not, and how content labelling works.

Hybrid-only requirement

Every published image on Creative Reality must combine a real photograph with AI processing. This is the core premise of the platform.

AcceptedA photograph taken with a camera or phone, then enhanced, composited, or transformed using AI tools.

RejectedA fully AI-generated image with no real photographic base.

RejectedAn unedited photograph with no AI involvement.

Each submission requires a Hybrid Breakdown describing the real source and the AI contribution. Moderators review this alongside the EXIF metadata before approving.

Mature content (18+)

Creative Reality permits artistic nudity and mature themes. All users must confirm they are 18 or older when creating an account.

Labelling

Creators must flag mature content as 18+ during upload. This controls visibility:

-Users who have not opted in to mature content will not see 18+ posts in feeds or search results.
-Users who have opted in will see mature content normally, with a small badge indicating the content rating.
-Moderators may re-classify content if the 18+ flag was omitted or incorrectly applied.

What is permitted as 18+

✓Artistic nudity (fine-art nude photography enhanced with AI)
✓Suggestive or sensual themes presented artistically
✓Body-positive and self-expressive content

Prohibited content

The following content is not permitted under any circumstances, regardless of 18+ labelling. Posts containing this material will be removed and may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

ProhibitedNon-consensual imagery. Any sexual or intimate image of a real person created or shared without their explicit consent, whether photographed or AI-generated.

ProhibitedDeepfakes of real people. AI-generated or AI-manipulated content depicting identifiable real individuals in fabricated scenarios without their documented consent.

ProhibitedContent involving minors. Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of anyone under 18, whether real or AI-generated.

ProhibitedHate, violence, and illegal content. Content that promotes hatred, glorifies violence, or depicts illegal activity.

ProhibitedSpam and misleading content. Fraudulent, deceptive, or auto-generated content intended to game platform features.

Enforcement

All posts are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. We also act on user reports. Actions we may take include:

-Post removal — the post is hidden from public view. The creator is notified with the reason.
-Temporary suspension — the account is locked for a specified period (e.g., 7 or 30 days).
-Permanent ban — reserved for severe or repeated violations. The account is permanently disabled.

Reporting content

If you see content that violates this policy, use the report button on the post, comment, or user profile. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team and handled confidentially. You will not be penalised for reporting in good faith.
