What is Hybrid Verified?
The purple shield badge you see next to some creators means their work has been independently reviewed and confirmed as genuine Hybrid photography — real photos enhanced with AI, not the other way around.
What the badge means
A Hybrid Verified creator has demonstrated a consistent practice of submitting genuine Hybrid work. Specifically:
- ✓ID verified. Their identity has been confirmed through our verification process.
- ✓Multiple approved posts. At least 5 submissions have passed content review, including EXIF verification and Hybrid breakdown checks.
- ✓Consistent transparency. Each submission includes a clear breakdown of the real photography source and the AI contribution.
What it does not mean
- ✕It is not an endorsement of artistic quality or commercial viability.
- ✕It does not guarantee that every future post from the creator will meet the same standard — each submission is still reviewed individually.
- ✕It cannot be purchased or fast-tracked. The badge is earned through consistent work.
How we verify
Every upload is checked for EXIF metadata — the technical data embedded by cameras and smartphones. This tells us the image originated from a real device: camera make and model, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and capture date.
Our moderation team cross-references the EXIF data with the creator's Hybrid Breakdown (their written description of the real source and AI contribution). If the metadata is consistent and the breakdown is credible, the post is approved.
After a creator accumulates enough approved posts with verified EXIF, and has completed ID verification, the Hybrid Verified badge is automatically granted.

When you see the Hybrid Verified badge, you can be confident the creator has a track record of honest Hybrid work. You can view any post's Hybrid Breakdown to see exactly what was photographed and what was AI-generated or enhanced.
